Board Contract
Horse care is of #1 importance at Valentine Ranch, with the owner and the trainer living on the premises.
-12x12 Stall with mats and bedding; outlet; and a personal fan
-Temperature controlled water wash rack
-Temperature controlled tack room
-Restroom facilities
-Stalls cleaned 7 days per week
Boarder Amenities:
-Grain fed 2 times a day, 7 days per week
-Supplements fed daily if purchased by owner in SmartPaks
-Hay fed to stalled horses if not turned out
-Daily turnout, weather permitting
-Blankets changed as needed for a monthly fee
-Pastures with green grass in the summer and free choice hay in winter
-Trainer keeps track of, schedules appointments and sits with farrier and vet
